What to expect from our White Glove Delivery
On the day before your delivery you will receive a call between 4p-6p giving you a two hour window for when to expect our drivers. At that time you can let our warehouse know that you would like a call when the driver is headed to your home with a more precise arrival time.
Please make sure to follow these instructions to prepare for your delivery:
1. Please clear the room of items that will need to be removed to make room for your furniture that is being delivered.
2. Please clear a path into the house and inside leading to where the new furniture will go.
3. Please have all animals put away.
As always, the day of your delivery you can track your delivery in real time by entering your sales transaction number or phone number in the box below Thank you and congratulations on your new furniture purchase!
